About Me

Based in New York / New Jersey, I am a 21-year-old illustrator and animator enrolled in my junior year of college at The New School | Parsons School of Design. I explore an array of illustrative media; digital, analog, watercolors, animation, oil paints, acrylic paints, sculpture, Comics, and more to depict the small crazy world that lives in my mind.

 

My focus is a process of taking my own memories, tapping into what emotions those memories made me feel, and then using the emotions I experienced to create whole new characters, story lines, worlds, etc.  It is a way to express and map my own past and experiences. The moment becomes a emotion... a feeling... and those feelings become a creation of my design. Complex and vibrant color combinations, stretched dimension, and exaggerated proportions play a huge role in conveying that narrative. I have created since I can remember, and plan to keep building upon my world of memories and perceptions that exists in a different timeline, space, and dimension, then the one we are in now.
