Character concept designs for 4 different characters, and their weapon counterpart. I visualize these 4 characters getting intertwined in the same issue, and be forced to go on some sort of quest together.

Soro “TheHeart” :
Soro’s blood was coursing with love constantly, too
much love. So much in fact, that Soro’s heart couldn’t take
the weight of getting let down so much throughout life. He
removed his heart, leaving a blank cavity where his heart
should reside. Soro’s remaining blood pumps out of the
glands of his feet, as there is nowhere for the love filled
blood to go now… but exit the body.
Weapon/Power :
[Crescent Nail] Soro punctured his heart with nails and attached it to a chain. He uses his once love filled heart against his enemies.

Hero “The Thoughtful”
Hero condenses and concentrates all of her negative thoughts into energy blasts. Hero doesn’t want to deal with the toxic nostalgia of the past. She pushes it as far away as possible from her. Hero blinds herself from the world so she could think better. She wears a blindfold regularly, blocking all outside figures, but light forms.
Weapon/Power [ Special Move T-Star ] :
Not only is Hero able to concentrate her negative thoughts into energy blasts, but if she tries hard enough she is able to create physical items as well (Swords, bombs, Knives, etc…). She uses these to fight.

Anderson “The Trapped Escape Artist”
Anderson is her last name, her first isn’t known. She has huge bright pink wings. Anderson always tries to fly away from “here” … The bounds of Earth. Anderson has three souls that act as invisible chains. They don’t appear unless she tries to escape Earth. In return they do fight for Anderson.
Weapon/power [Sloan/ Portals] :
Anderson’s true ability is the ability to open portals with her sword, Sloan. She cuts the space and air to open her portals. These portals escape reality and act as her own created dimensions, which is an exception to her earthly bounds. She can also physically travel with these portals, but throughout Earth strictly because of her “worldly connections” (bounds).

Noral “The Purely Misunderstood”
Noral is pure light, in a world full of dark. His body is made of the same substance as a star. Noral shields himself with a mask and a huge cloak, never letting the outside world see his true – light – form. Noral is a sheep in wolf's clothing. Aggression is protection to Noral.
Weapon/Power [Third Eye]:
Noral has a special third eye that is only opened to those who pose a threat. Noral’s third eye creates a strong blast of light that tracks like a missile and blinds the target. Noral is unable to control this third eye though, it's more of a protection placed on him from his family. This is another reason for the mask.

ElK “The Body Builder”
Elk is always trying to gain weight. Elk constantly eats, but Elk has a parasite attached to his body, Silk. Silk Eats away at all of Elks food because of a contract they made years ago.
Power/Weapon [Silk] :
The contract is Elks power. Elk gives up half his stomach to Silk, and in return, Silk fights for Elk using sticky webs. The more Elk eats the stronger – and bigger – Silk gets.
