Oil painting done on a gesso primed, wood canvas. The painting is a depiction of my old dorm room, mixed with some of my nightmares. I have never had a good relationship with things like religion and authority, so they watch me through my bedroom walls... even though the bedroom is supposed to be my safe space. But, is it really if you are sharing it with your thoughts?Where does home become? Where am I safe from myself?
