"Miss Melly and Cyborg Warfare", depicts the scene of a common character I use (Melly) in a bright city-like terrain, battling a huge orange monster in the background. The piece is about not letting go in a world where ever problem seems way bigger than the solution. Her facial expressions show resilience, a will to not quit... While her cyborg metal replacement of an arm represents that this is not her first rodeo, there has been past trauma... battles. I set the whole frame is a video game like border... to enhance the feelings of life being a huge game. Regardless of her past traumas, the three red hearts remain full to indicate that healing is possible. Melly always remains purple, the perfect mix between anger (red) and sadness (blue)...
